The Diet

They key here is a carefully made cookie recipe, which works to suppress hunger. You eat only one meal a day and that is diner, and the diner needs to consist of 6 ounces of chicken, turkey or seafood.
You are also allowed to have one cup of vegetables with supper, and you should know that although vegetables are definitely very healthy for you, you can still go over do it so make sure that you stick to only one cup per meal.
Now for the cookie diet you need to know that the cookies are not for breakfast or lunch, but instead whenever you are hungry. You have to eat at least six of these cookies each day for the diet to work, so make sure that you keep track of how many you cookies you have eaten each day to get the results that you are looking for.
In total, the six cookies plus one meal of supper, adds up to 800 calories, and this is the point of the diet. You need to make sure that if you are on the cookie diet you not only eat as is recommended, but also drink at least 8 full glasses of water each day.
